Terms & Conditions — uv666 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and uv666 ("uv666", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uv666 website at https://uv666.ws, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional features, and ancillary services offered through that domain.

By registering an account on uv666, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or interacting with any game on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and accepted uv666's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.
• You have read and accepted uv666's Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the uv666 platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

In order to register and maintain an active account on uv666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a human individual (corporate entities may not register as players).
• You are accessing uv666 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of uv666 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register applicable to you, and you have not voluntarily self-excluded from uv666.
• You have not previously had an account on uv666 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

uv666 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests, and reserves the right to request verification documents at any point. Acceptable documents for verification include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your name and address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. uv666 may permanently close an account that remains unverified after repeated requests.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on uv666. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on uv666, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Keep your registration information current and update it promptly if any details change.
• Select a strong password and not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication where offered, to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your uv666 account. uv666 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of:

• Unauthorised use of your account by a third party where you have shared, disclosed, or negligently allowed access to your credentials.
• Your failure to log out of your account on a shared device.
• Account compromise arising from the use of weak, reused, or publicly known passwords.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uv666 immediately at [email protected]. uv666 will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.

All financial transactions on uv666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uv666 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods

uv666 currently supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay.
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your uv666 account within 2 minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on the sending institution.
• uv666 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment account used must match the registered name on your uv666 account.
• Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered uv666 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• uv666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 6.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. uv666 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to the remaining balance of inactive accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

All bets placed and games played on uv666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and table games each have their own detailed rule sets. These product-level rules are available within the relevant game or betting section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Betting Rules

• A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the uv666 system.
• uv666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds arising from a system error or human error in the price-setting process.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sport.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, uv666's records shall be the primary reference. All bet data is logged and time-stamped in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and events. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

Casino and Game Integrity

All casino games available on uv666 use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from accredited game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) or live dealer streams from regulated studios. Game outcomes are generated independently of uv666 and are not manipulated.

uv666 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures, disconnections, or software errors during game play where the game studio's server logs confirm that the session was conducted correctly. In such cases, uv666 will work with the game provider to investigate and resolve the matter.

Self-Exclusion and Limits During Play

Players who have active deposit limits, session time limits, or cooling-off periods set on their account are reminded that these tools are enforced automatically by the uv666 platform. uv666 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion.
• All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to the account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• uv666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where uv666 reasonably suspects abuse of the promotional system.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

uv666 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and using automated software to meet bonus conditions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on uv666. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using uv666 for the purpose of laundering funds of illegal origin. uv666 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other form of artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your account, including family members or friends.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately received and wagered on uv666.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing uv666 staff or other players through any communication channel.

uv666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• A legally binding request from a relevant authority or law enforcement body.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting uv666 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, uv666 will:

• Suspend account access within 24 hours of confirming the request.
• Process a final withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and withdrawal terms.
• Confirm closure by email to the registered address.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the self-exclusion terms set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, by uv666, or through self-exclusion — all pending bets that have been validly placed before the closure notification will be settled according to their normal terms. Active bonus balances will be forfeited unless specifically stated otherwise. uv666 will retain transaction logs and identity records for a minimum period required by applicable record-keeping obligations.
